Mediation Rates & Scheduling

Effective for mediations scheduled after may 15, 2026:

  • $270 per hour for Zoom mediations
  • $300 per hour for in-person mediations
  • Half-day mediations (up to 4 hours) have a 1-hour minimum
  • Full-day mediations (over 4 hours) have a 2-hour minimum

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • Unless otherwise agreed, fees are equally divided between the parties.
  • Mediations rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours may be subject to the applicable minimum fee. (If the matter is rescheduled, that fee will be applied to the new mediation date.)
  • Payment is due at the conclusion of the mediation session.
  • Credit and debit cards are accepted for all mediations (3% processing fee applies).
  • For in-person sessions, check and cash are also accepted.
  • Law firms are responsible for any unpaid client balances.
